If you're an INTERNATIONAL BACKER, HBS won't be utilizing (NO) Paypal (read their FAQ on the main page)
HOWEVER, you may be able to use a Visa Debit or Visa Electron card to pay. If you don't have a credit/debit card that Kickstarter accepts there may be other ways for you to pledge.
You may want to check your local supermarkets or other stores that you can buy gift cards in and look for a prepaid credit card, or get a Virtual Visa Card. This is a prepaid digital only credit card that you can find out more about here:
